Leobardo Rene Ochoa, 85, of Ault, Colorado passed away at Bonnel Good Samaritan in Greeley on January 21, 2019. He was born in Santo Ninio, Zapata, Texas on September 11, 1933 to Jose and Candelaria (Salinas) Ochoa.
He worked at Monfort Packing plant, Kodak and also owned Plains market and liquor in Pierce, Colorado.
Leobardo enjoyed vacationing, fishing, hunting and farm auctions. He was a “Jack of All Trades” and was always busy. He had lots of friends at the Rodarte Center. He loved his family and was always happy doing things for them.
He married Sandy Diaz in 1954.
Leobardo is survived by his children, Barbara Ochoa of Nunn, Arthur (Dianna) Ochoa of Ault, Richard (Vicky) Ochoa of Greeley; grandchildren, Arianna (Axel) Gonzalez of Ault, Channel and Brandon Ochoa of Greeley; four brothers and two sisters all from Texas; and numerous nephews and nieces.
Leobardo was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held from 5-6pm, Tuesday, January 29, 2019, followed by a Rosary at 6 pm, all at Adamson Life Celebration Home, 2000 47th Ave in Greeley.
