G. K. Chesterton wrote, "Courage is almost a contradiction in terms. It means a strong desire to live taking the form of readiness to die." The men and women who served in the armed forces, whether during a time of war, or one of peace, are living examples of that contradiction. Theodore Calvin Burrous, 85, of Greeley, CO passed away May 20, 2013 at Hospice of Northern Colorado. He was born July 25, 1927 in Greeley to Theodore J. and Hattie W. (Donner) Burrous.
